More kitty pictures

It's been two weeks since I got my little kitties so I thought I'd share some updated photos with you. They love climbing on that scratching post I got them.

Another Full Moon photo

I played around with Photoshop today and adjusted the contrast and brightness on my full moon photo from earlier today. I like the way this one turned out. Let me know what you think.

Supermoon August 2014

With my 500mm zoom lens I was able to capture a great shot of the full moon last night. It was beautiful.

My little kittens

For those of you who know I got kittens on Friday, I thought I'd share a few photos. They are so adorable!

Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge

First, off, I want to mention that I changed the settings on my blog so you have 2 weeks to comment before the comments must be moderated. So far, I'm not getting spam on this blog so I'll extend the period for un-moderated posts. I was just trying to limit the spam so hopefully things will work more smoothly and I promise to check in more often! Life gets busy sometimes.

I have some great photos to share. On Wednesday I took a trip to the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge near Cambridge, MD. I took along my 500mm zoom lens and my brand new 23 mega pixel digital SLR camera. I saw eagles, herons, egrets, osprey and more! The eagles were so far away that I couldn't get really good pictures but I'm including one since you can at least tell they're eagles!
