It's been a while since I posted anything so I thought a great way to get going again is to post some patriotic photos I've taken over the years as a tribute to all those who gave their lives for our freedom. Freedom is never free.

Springtime in Western Maryland

The mountains are beautiful any time of year but especially in the spring when the redbuds are in bloom.  Here are some photos I've taken in the last couple weeks.

Springtime in Cumberland

I took advantage of the beautiful day yesterday to go downtown to photograph the trees in bloom. There are a lot of trees in bloom around town and it was a beautiful sight!

Time for a cute break!

Thought you all might enjoy a photo of my kitties. They were playing and grooming each other on my sofa yesterday and then things got quiet. I looked over and saw this adorable sight. I guess they got tired from playing and just decided to take a nap right where they were!

Ocean City, MD Sunrise and Sunset

I have some beautiful sunrise and sunset photos to share.  The sunset was from March 21 and the sunrise from March 22. They're nice an peaceful!

The Horses of Assateague Island, MD

I took a trip to Ocean City and Assateague Island in Maryland over the weekend. We got to see a lot of wild horses on Assateague Island.  Here are some of my better photos:

These horses were a couple hundred yards away from us but I guess they got curious and made their way up to the road. It was great to see them up close and personal!
